Be A Mentor Program has created a paperless system clearing mentor applicants and matching them with youth..

At least one project manager must complete a  training course. Project Managers may view and download files of available mentor applicants from the Internet website. Project Managers select mentor applicants for interviewing. Project Managers match the mentor with a student. Status reports are generated.
