Welcome to the Rotary District 5170 Portal. Please follow the steps below to register online and complete the background clearance. Here are the steps:

• Click on the continue button at bottom of page, select the company where you are employed and complete the registration form.
• Once completing the registration form and clicking on SUBMIT you will be asked to register for a training class and to pay $25 admin fee
• The next step is to complete the form to begin the background clearance
• You will receive an email with info to login into your personal dashboard - please note, that to login, you will use the email address and password that you listed on the registration form
• At your dashboard you will have instructions for completing the clearance requirements
• When all requirements are met and Clearance reports are received, you will receive by email a Clearance Letter and will be paired with a youth
