CAMP XAVIER-- we are looking for volunteer camp counselors for our 6th summer of Camp Xavier. We will be located at Loyola High School in Pico Union. Camp Xavier will be held from July 25th-July 29th, 8am-5pm. There is a mandatory background check (we will reimburse) and day of training

THE CO-OP is our after-school program located in South Los Angeles. Our participants are middle-schoolers, 6th-8th graders. Most of our youth are foster youth or homeless youth and many are struggling in school and at home. We are looking for volunteers for our Reading Partners Program held on Wednesday afternoons, as well as volunteers for Tuesday and Thursday afternoon tutoring and homework help.

We also have a year-round, one-on-one mentoring program that is scheduled at the convenience of the mentor and mentee. A minimum of two visits a month is required..
