Project Overview:

Thank you for your interest in becoming a volunteer with Youth Services Network events and more.

Here, you can create an account to submit your FBI/DOJ clearance.

HERE IS THE PROCESS:

  • Click on the "APPLY" button at bottom of page, enter your email address, and complete the registration form.
  • Submit the form. You will receive an email with information to log into your account. Use the email address and password you provided during registration to log in.
  • Log into your account. Download the Live Scan form for fingerprinting and follow the additional instructions for completing the clearance requirements.
  • Bring the completed form and a driver`s license or equivalent identification to a Live Scan site. We recommend using Diablo Scan which you can find via the link on your dashboard. Please note there is a fee for this service.
  • Once all requirements are met and we receive reports from the California Department of Justice and the FBI showing no criminal history, you will receive a Clearance Letter via email. Clearance typically takes 2-3 weeks.

Once you have registered, please return to the home page and log in using the username and password you created during registration. From there, you will be able to access your volunteer portal, where you will find the required tasks to complete in order to move forward as a volunteer with the City of Antioch. A staff member will reach out to you with more information on steps that follow. Thank you!

For any questions you can email Youth@antiochca.gov.

Note: The City of Antioch uses Be A Mentor for our clearance processing. Emails regarding your clearance account will come from this organization.
